The Letter

It was only a week ago, it was the truth that she received

I wanted her to read it but every day I was deceived

I asked her everyday but she replied that she didn't get around to it

Every second I thought to myself damn I blew it

Even at the darkest of time I thought "Life? Screw it."

I knew what would happen but I wish it went the other way

Now that it happened I don't know what to say

On repeat in my mind her words were being played

All I want now is for this feeling to fade

There are tears in my eyes but they just won't fall

I would give anything to be able to ball

Let the feelings out and let the run wild

The feelings are extreme and far from mild

Now words have been said 

The pain has been fed 

There is a spiral in my head

The letter has been read

She puts me into a deep depression

I loved her but with no succession
But even though, she is still the only reason I can smile
So I want to stay on her left and I want her on my right for quite a while.
